Create memories through art. Each service is tailored to the vision, setting, and spirit of your wedding. While most offers are completed live, you can request add-ons to paint before or after your wedding. Stationery illustrations are a favorite for watercolor additions to your invitations or day-of paperie, and studio portraits are ideal for events that need more time to paint all guests.

Each portrait depicts true facial features while subtly refining posture and proportions. The result is a likeness that feels both accurate and artfully elevated.
This is a gentle interaction with art. Guests are welcomed quietly, observed thoughtfully, and illustrated with intention, creating a memorable, sensory moment to share. Painted as they watch, or from a photograph.
From the paper variety to the letterhead, each piece is customized to align with your event - a charming expression of the meaningful details you’ve thoughtfully selected.
Give each guest a deeply personal keepsake that captures their likeness and spirit. As conversations flow and music fills the space, portraits are created in real time, revealing individuality, style, and presence with delicate form and layered dimensions.
An innovative and unexpected take on wedding painting, this service is prepared thoughtfully in advance and finished live on site. Like this, you can watch as a layered and textured depiction of your wedding comes to life. Multiple mediums will be hand-selected to fit your narrative, be it sheets of music, stationery, pressed flowers, and of course, charcoal, watercolor, acrylics, etc. This editorial artwork is not a ceremony painting, but rather, a unique preservation of the setting, emotions and significance of your vows.
If the timeframe or guest list of your event doesn’t allow each individual to be captured live, request post-event portraits. These will be completed in the studio and mailed to you so all can enjoy a personalized keepsake.
Pair custom watercolor illustrations with your stationery designer’s work. Easily incorporate venue sketches, floral motifs, or fashion-inspired figures into your save-the-dates, invitations, menus, programs, and more.
Add a thoughtful continuity to your wedding design with illustrated elements for signage, welcome displays, or custom paper goods. These refined details bring artful charm and personality to the setting while echoing the artistry encountered at the wedding.

Due to the unique nature of each wedding, this can vary based on available time, the level of detail requested and the size of the portraits. In a traditional cocktail hour and reception setting, 8 or more portraits can be completed per hour. Additional artists can be added to provide more portraits if desired.
Both options are available. Live posing allows for more conversation and eye-opening delight while photo-based portraits allow guests to mingle freely as they wait for their completed portrait. Many watch momentarily and then come back later.
Guests will collect their portraits by the end of the evening. However, as sketches are completed, they will be displayed at the live sketch station and available to be taken and enjoyed.
Of course. Live portraits and painting can be arranged for multiple days to cover your welcome party, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, and more. Many couples like to greet their guests with a personal sketch at their rehearsal dinner or welcome party, and then capture their wedding day with a live painting.
Varying degrees of detail are available based on the selection you choose! The more minimalist the portraits, the more can be completed. You can easily compare options with the pricing guide shared upon inquiry.
Yes! Wedding illustration services are available for select destinations worldwide. Share your destination with your inquiry, and a custom proposal will be made for you to include any necessary travel costs.
